DP8304B to 74LS245 Adapter

The Apple II and II+ use a no-longer-available three-state bus transceiver, the National
Semiconductor DP8304B. It's similar in functionality to the standard 74LS245, but the
pinout is slightly different. This adapter takes a 74LS245 and adapts it to the DP8304B
pinout.
