Fix USB-A stacked 3D model

For some reason exporting at step lead to an error when exporting the
USB-A connector:
>>Opencascade error: Geom_TrimmedCurve::U1 == U2

Redownload and reexporting using KiCadStepUp seems to fix the problem.
Also fix the placement in KiCadStepUp directly such that the offset can
be 0/0/0 in KiCad.
