E-Z Color Graphics Interface

This is a recreation of Steve Ciarcia's E-Z Color Graphics Interface, a card that adds a Texas Instruments TMS9918A (the same chip that provided graphics in the TI-99/4A, among others) to the Apple II. It was described in the August 1982 issue of Byte magazine, which included the schematic, a photo of an assembled board, and some example source code.

The PCB layout included here is a rough approximation of the original. The original design used axial electrolytic capacitors so as not to intrude on the neighboring expansion slot, but the 5-mm height of the Panasonic ECE-A1EKS100B radial electrolytic capacitors called out in the BOM should be shorter than the socketed DIP chips used on the board.
