RAMPS 1.4 Fan Extender

This is the ReprapDiscount Fan Extender for RAMPS 1.4:

I took their Altium Designer files, ran them through an automated Altium-to-KiCad conversion (http://www2.futureware.at/KiCad/), and cleaned up the files. All of the converted symbols and footprints have been replaced with KiCad-native symbols and footprints. A netlist can be exported from the schematic and imported into the PCB without it changing the layout. Gerbers can (and have) been generated. 3D rendering works. About the only thing needed now is to add part information so a BOM can be generated.

This project is probably more about liberating open hardware from closed EDA than anything else, and as a simple test, it succeeded. :)

The original Altium files are in the originals directory for verification purposes.
